A demonstrative watch case developed as a tridimensional sample of hand engraving, surface work and material integration.
The object combines multiple techniques within a single continuous structure, moving from essential line-work to high-complexity interventions
The caseback represents the highest level of execution, combining
- bas-relief hand-engraving
- micro-hammering
- fine surface finishing.
Light interaction is enhanced through controlled texture variation and “milleline” polishing cuts.e
The bezel features simplified engraving patterns, including line-based elements and scrollwork, defining the base structure of the surface.
The case sides introduces increased complexity through gold, silver and bronze inlays, combined with engraved textures and figurative elements.
